Hi, I’m Helen Trudgeon, the founder of The Whyte Space

I work with organisations that need clarity, structure and dependable delivery. My background spans senior roles in higher education, professional services and membership environments where I have led teams, supported committees, strengthened processes and managed complex programme and event delivery. I bring a calm, organised approach to operational work and ensure information, decisions and actions move smoothly across teams. 


I have experience with academic administration, member services and governance co-ordination, and I support organisations that need practical leadership to keep projects and people on track. Through The Whyte Space I offer this structured support to organisations that need an experienced hand to bring order, consistency and clear communication.


I also support organisations with governance work, committee preparation and academic or programme administration, ensuring the right information is in the right place at the right time.
