We start with a conversation. You explain what you need. I'll give you my honest assessment of what's going on and what I think needs to change.
Then I get on with it. If your systems need setting up, I set them up. If your processes need documenting, I document them. If your team needs support, I support them.
I work independently and confidently. You don't need to manage me. I keep you informed with regular updates but without adding unnecessary meetings or complexity. I'll tell you plainly whether I can help and what it would involve. From there, we agree either a defined project or a set number of days each month. No long contracts unless you want them.
