How I work
We start with a conversation. You explain what you need.
I look at what's happening, work out what needs to change and get on with it. If your systems need setting up, I set them up. If your processes need documenting, I document them. If your team needs support, I support them.
I work independently and confidently. You don't need to manage me. I keep you informed with regular updates but without adding unnecessary meetings or complexity. I'll tell you plainly whether I can help and what it would involve. From there, we agree either a defined project or a set number of days each month. No long contracts unless you want them.
The aim isn't more meetings. It's making your business run smoothly so you can focus on what matters.
